At Treuhand Hardware And Trading Pte. Ltd. (“Treuhand”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we aim to ensure timely and reliable delivery of all hardware, consumables, and OEM products to our valued customers.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver orders made through our sales representatives, email, or official communication channels.

- All orders are processed after confirmation of quotation and issuance of a purchase order (PO).
- Processing times may vary depending on product availability, quantity, and custom sourcing requirements.
- Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We currently provide delivery services within Singapore.
For overseas or regional shipments, arrangements can be made through our logistics partners upon request.

- Delivery Timeframe
- Standard delivery within Singapore: 2–5 working days after order confirmation.
- Urgent or same-day delivery requests may be accommodated, subject to stock availability and logistics arrangements.

- Delivery Method
Deliveries are carried out by Treuhand’s in-house logistics team or trusted third-party courier services.
We ensure that all shipments are handled with care and packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Receipt of Goods
Upon delivery, customers are required to:- Inspect the goods for accuracy and condition.
- Acknowledge receipt by signing the delivery order (DO) or relevant documentation.
- Notify us immediately if there are discrepancies, damages, or missing items.
Claims for damage or shortage must be reported within three (3) working days of delivery.

- Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the goods have been delivered and acknowledged. Ownership of goods remains with Treuhand until full payment is received.
- Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet agreed timelines, delays may occur due to:- Stock shortages or supplier delays
- Customs or transportation issues
- Unforeseen events (e.g. weather conditions, strikes, accidents)
Treuhand will not be liable for losses resulting from such delays but will take reasonable steps to minimize their impact.
